Job Description:
- Virtual Administrators will be responsible for answering calls and responding to online service inquiries.
- Training will be provided in stages:
- Stage One (Screening):
- As Virtual Administrators are becoming familiar to the company, Virtual Admin will begin their learning process by receiving calls and online inquiries and determining appropriate services.
- Client contact information will be provided to local staff via "Google Chat" for booking
- Stage Two (Booking):
- Once Virtual Admins are familiar with the services and are proficient in the process flow, they will be responsible for booking appointments without the assistance of local staff
Requirements:

- Responsive to initial contact and follows-up on leads/inquires
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Chat, Google Spaces, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.)
- Experience in Appointment Setting
- Excellent English & Spanish communication skills

- Windows OS Processor: Intel i3 - 6th Generation/Ryzen 5 - 3rd Generation
