Job Description :
You will be part of a highly skilled and performant software team, producing high quality software for a molecular diagnostic instrument platform, and associated remote applications, associated software tooling for deployment, production, verification and bio-application development. Primarily you will operate on the latest Microsoft development stack (both on premise as on Azure) and/or modern front-end web technologies.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ?
- Work as a Software test engineer on a broad pallet of applications and technologies. This includes medical devices, offline deployed Windows application, web application and every component/node necessary to glue all that together.
- Analysing and interpreting requirements, developing test plans and protocols.
- Develop comprehensive risk-based test scenarios and associated data sets to test product functionality and adherence/traceability to stated requirements and use cases.
- Develop / introduce test frameworks / scripts to further automate the existing Software test infrastructure.
- Execute the test plans.
- Analyse test results and communicate effectively these results to the rest of the development team.
- Understand and practice the established Software Development life cycle process.
- When you feel ready, take ownership of verification trajectories of specific SW products as a technical leader.
Profile / Requirements :
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline and at least 3 years of experience in software engineering or product testing.
Expected Experience
- Creating test plans and test cases
- Test design techniques and risk-based testing
- Basic knowledge of Visual Basic, javascript and / or C#
- IP network configurations
- Scripting languages; Python, powershell
- Agile development, Scrum
- SQL,
- Windows 10 OS knowledge
