Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements
- Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences for web applications
- Create wireframes, user flows and site maps to communicate design concepts
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Work closely with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented correctly
- Oversees all company social media accounts management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
- Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
- Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
- Monitoring users engagement with and feedback on every post.
- Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
- Experience working with or creating design systems and frameworks.
- Creating web designs that are user-friendly, effective, and appealing.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques and technologies.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Performing other relevant tasks as per requirement.
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
- Responsible for designing web page layouts, logo design and other design-related tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for web applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
- Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
- Firm grasp of Hootsuite and its integrations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Working experience with design tools (e.g., Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- Continuously self-educate on the latest trends and practices in Web & UI/UX.
- Understanding of design flows, user journeys, and interactions.
- A keen eye for visual details.
- Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work.
- Capacity to generate detailed design concepts, documentation, and prototypes.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to quickly turn ideas and concepts into workable interface mockups and prototypes.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
- Experience using the latest design tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
