About the Role:
The MarketView (MKV) Risk Team oversees a significant operation within the company, who opoperatesn tandem with Product and R&D to enhance EverC’s technology and risk detection expertise towards empowering clients to maximize the potential of our solutions.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Risk Analyst Team Leader to oversee our MarketView Risk Team and contribute to our organization's continued success in mitigating potential risks.

Responsibilities:

    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to risk analysts in their daily tasks and career development, this includes Israel-based employees as well as offshore subcontractors.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
    • Utilize data-driven approaches and analytical tools to identify potential risks and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
    • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize potential adverse effects on the organization's operations, projects, and objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, departments, and senior management to ensure risk mitigation efforts align with overall business objectives.
    • Stay updated on risk and compliance industry regulations, best practices, and emerging risks, ensuring the organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations, with a focus on eCommerce, regulatory and payments space.
    • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and risk modeling to identify patterns, trends, and potential vulnerabilities.
    • Leverage data to develop predictive risk assessments and create scenarios for stress testing and scenario analysis.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the risk management team, identifying areas for optimization and implementing enhancements to existing processes.
    • Work closely with many interfaces (Product,R&D, Sales & CSM) to provide data insights & methodologies, and ensure client’s satisfaction.

Qualifications:

    • 2 years as a team leader leading operational teams in a global startup environment.
    • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively leading and developing teams.
    • 2+ years in Delivery/Customer Support/Product Operations or similar experience in the field of Risk & Fraud (preferably in FinTech).
    • Tech savvy with a track record of working with technology products, identifying data patterns, and providing insights.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and risk modeling using tools including, but not limited to, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SQL, and other statistical software.
    • In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong organization skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Native or professional written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Ability to think quickly under pressure, to coordinate and communicate effectively with teammates, managers and clients to maintain high-quality performance in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-solving skills and agility.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
