Key responsibilities

• Review the agreements for checking whether the approval conditions are properly reflected in the agreement
• Check and initially sign the documentation checklist for banking transactions to ensure all required documents are in good order
• Safe-keep documents in both hard copy and soft copy
• Follow up of documentation maturity schedule and inform CIN/ITB/FIG for documentation renewal requirements
• Perform the 2nd level of credit certification controls based on the Risk Compliance Certificate from the business line with reference to the Governance text 1.2.2.7
• Regularly report the anomaly status for document deficiency and covenant checking in the monthly local Anomalies Committee
• Regularly report compliance status of financial/non-financial/document covenant of Corp/FI files

Critères de candidature

Niveau d'étude minimum

Bac + 3 / L3

Formation / Spécialisation
• BA degree in business administration, economics or other related majors preferred
• 
  At least 3 years of experience in CMR or relevant fields (e.g. documentation, local regulatory reporting)

Niveau d'expérience minimum

3 - 5 ans

Soft skills
• Fluent both in English and Korean (written & spoken): good English writing preferred
• Skillful MS office (Word and Excel)
